These terms govern any order placed on oryndo.ca and oryndo.com.

1. Seller identity

Oryndo Inc., a company incorporated in Canada, with its headquarters at 1555 Scott Street West, Alma (QC) G8B 1S7. Contact: contact@oryndo.com.

2. Products and services

Oryndo sells 4G GPS watches for children, mobile plans, and accessories. All products are described on the site with their technical features and tax-included price in Canadian dollars.

Photos and illustrations are indicative. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

3. Order

Any order placed via the site implies full acceptance of these terms. Validating the cart and payment concludes the sales contract. You receive a confirmation email at the address provided.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), tax-included (GST/QST). Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure payment provider Stripe (PCI DSS certified). No banking data is stored by Oryndo.

5. Shipping

Free shipping in Canada on orders over $200. Otherwise shipping costs are shown in the cart.

Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after shipping (within 48 business hours). Tracking number sent by email.

7. Warranty

1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. The 2-year legal conformity warranty applies under Canadian law. See the Warranty & returns page for details.

8. Mobile subscriptions

The mobile subscription is inseparable from the watch's operation (built-in 4G SIM card). Without an active subscription, the watch can neither send its GPS position nor receive voice or audio-video messages. You can pause or cancel at any time via your account, at no charge.

9. Liability

Oryndo commits to implementing all technical means to ensure reliable service. Nevertheless, in case of signal loss, network outage, or third-party failure (telecom operator, cloud provider), our liability cannot be engaged. Oryndo is not an emergency service and does not replace intervention by competent authorities (911).

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Quebec (Canada). In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any judicial action. Failing that, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the Alma (QC) judicial district.
